Our Chef, Guy

A classically trained Chef with over 30 years of renowned global restaurant experience, advanced qualifications in Nutrition, Food Development, Food Manufacturing & Production, Food Safety, and Health & Safety…the food is in very safe hands

Jason and Garry both started in the Abattoir within the then, Orkney Gold Abattoir.  The Orkney Gold was a multi award winning name. Both boys worked their apprenticeship within every area of butcher work with them starting their own business in 2009.
 
All their beef and lamb comes from their homeland of Orkney which and is
grass fed.
 
Since starting their own business they have won Scottish and National Awards for their butchery skills and innovative ideas.
 
They have always had an interest in good food and wanted to offer their customers a variety of meals which are good, nutritious, healthy and home made and could be used by gym goers, athletes, anyone watching their diet and fore these of us
who just want an easy quick meal knowing that the nutrition is taken care off. 

Jack Coak (MSc, SENr)

Hi I’m Jack Coak. I’m a registered sports nutritionist specialising in nutrition for combat sports. I possess  experience working with some of the UK’s finest professional boxers including:

 

Throughout my time working with professional fighters & using several meal preparation companies I have found that the quality of food & nutritional content hasn’t been at the highest level.

With this in mind, I have partnered with prepped to perform & helped design their range of freshly prepared meals using organic butchers meat.

Our goal is to ensure every fighter we look after has access to delicious & nutrient dense meals which help them fuel their bodies, allowing them to perform & recover like a true champion.
